Wow! This hotel is a gem! With stunning views from the 21st floor, the rooms were not only clean and comfy but had a lovely view. The service was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our request for a late check-out at 1 pm. The location was superb, being so close to Penn Station, making sightseeing a breeze. The dining experience was a delight, especially with the gluten-free options. While the view from the rooms may be a downside for some, the overall value for money is excellent.
